About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end supplier enablement and harmonisation activities within SAP Ariba as part of an M&A integration programme.
  • Support supplier registration, onboarding, and activation processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure completion of required documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor supplier onboarding and resolve onboarding issues in a timely manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for supplier enablement queries and escalations, providing guidance and training to suppliers on SAP Ariba functionality and processes.
  • Maintain supplier records and procurement data within SAP Ariba to ensure data is accurate, complete and compliant with internal standards.
  • Support contract migration of TSB suppliers.
  • Support catalogue enablement and supplier content management.
  • Assist with testing, configuration validation and user acceptance activities for Ariba enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot supplier and user issues relating to Ariba transactions and workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience building and developing relationships with key stakeholders (Required).
  • Experience as an effective communicator, proficient at problem solving and issue resolution within a systems environment (Required).
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced project environment providing project co-ordination and support (Required).
  • Superior attention to detail (Required).
  • Experience in procurement operations, systems, supplier management or supply chain functions (Preferred).
  • Experience working with SAP (Preferred).
  • Knowledge of procurement and TPRM processes (Preferred).
