About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex change initiatives across Treasury and Corporate Risk, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are effectively managed.
  • Establish and maintain robust programme governance, including reporting, risk management, and stakeholder oversight aligned to regulatory expectations.
  • Manage and develop a small team of Business Analysts, setting clear objectives and ensuring high-quality requirements and documentation.
  • Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Drive business case development, benefits realisation tracking, and financial governance across assigned initiatives.
  • Ensure all change activity complies with internal control frameworks and external regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including Technology, Operations, and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate steering committees and executive forums, providing clear, concise updates and recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive project/program management experience in a Risk or Finance function of a financial institution (Preferred)
  • Subject matter expertise through working in a Market or Corporate Credit Risk role (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of associated regulatory frameworks, including model risk (Preferred)
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in relevant topic (Preferred)
  • Post Graduate qualification in a finance (eg ACCA/CFA) or project management (eg PMI) discipline (Preferred)
  • English (Required)
  • Spanish (Preferred)
