About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting delivery of ledger integrations and finance system changes
Supporting customer migration activities with a focus on control accuracy
Updating reconciliations and maintaining financial controls
Supporting control design, documentation, and process improvements
Performing BAU gap analysis to support transition readiness
Supporting testing, validation, and issue resolution activities
Producing high-quality documentation to support audit and BAU processes
Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in finance or accounting roles within a structured environment (Required)
Experience supporting transformation or system change initiatives (Preferred)
Experience working with Oracle ERP/EPM systems (Preferred)
Studying towards or part-qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) (Preferred)
Understanding of core accounting processes and financial controls (Required)
Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting activities (Required)
Exposure to finance systems and data analysis (Preferred)
Great analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
