About the role
- Manage one or more teams within the Collections Division
- Execute processes/functions while identifying and addressing risks
- Provide direction and maintain communication across teams
- Build strong teams and set strategic direction for functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Accounting or equivalent field
- 5+ Years Experience in collections management with responsibility for managing large teams through direct reports
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Broad knowledge of technical skills and programs
- Experience in Microsoft Office products
