About the role
- Assist the Interest Rate Risk (IRR) team in managing analytical processes
- Own and execute the monthly Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculation process
- Review and validate accuracy of data inputs
- Prepare and present IRR analysis and key findings to management
- Conduct monthly variance and trend analyses to identify performance drivers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Management, or equivalent field
- 5+ Years Risk Management/Controls experience
- Advanced understanding of key inherent risk and market risk management control practices
- Strong market risk management principles and methodologies
- Ability to operate independently in a complex environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
