About the role
- Summer Internship Program beginning in June 2026 combining training with practical experience on technical and interpersonal skills
- Support high-impact AI projects including researching technologies and components
- Assist governance process for operations AI portfolio and develop governance artifacts and presentations
- Assist in defining roadmap for customer service focused strategic projects and creation of business cases
- Support performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis for piloted and/or deployed AI use cases across operations
- Support development of business goals and objectives to leverage use of data and simplify processes
Requirements
- Undergraduate student with expected graduation between December 2026 and May/June 2027
- Area of Study: Data Science, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration
- Cumulative GPA is 3.0 or above
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken
- Analytical thinkers with a strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently on special projects
- Ability to effectively contribute to a team environment
- Coursework in or exposure to accounting, finance, economics, or business (Preferred)
- Experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically power point and excel (Preferred)
- General understanding and curiosity of existing and emerging AI and Gen AI technologies (technical expertise is not explicitly needed)
