About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the execution of sales activities by mobilizing and directing your team to meet commercial targets;
  • Negotiate with customers, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial policies;
  • Provide customer service and conduct visits to accounts, maintaining a close, proactive and sustainable relationship;
  • Develop and train the team, promoting organizational, technical and behavioral competencies with a focus on motivation and achieving results;
  • Prepare the team's daily action plan, building action plans based on market diagnostics, opportunities and performance analysis;
  • Analyze performance indicators and results for your area, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective and preventive strategies;
  • Perform other related duties inherent to the role, according to leadership guidance and business demands.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in the commercial area, with sales experience and proven experience in supervising/managing teams.
  • Knowledge of the consumer goods market, especially in the food sector.
  • Reside in Santa Catarina and/or the surrounding region.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of the Confectionery Wholesale (Atacado Doceiro), Key Account, Cash and Distributor channels.
