Key responsibilities & impact

Source, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals across a wide range of specialties.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using ATS systems.
Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations, credentialing, and background check processes.
Attend job fairs, healthcare conferences, and networking events to promote employer brand.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand roles and hard-to-fill positions.
Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and a professional recruitment process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with healthcare roles, licensing, and credentialing requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Preferred: Experience recruiting for a hospital, clinic, or healthcare staffing agency.
Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and workforce challenges.
Preferred: Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP
