About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and monitoring of funded projects, ensuring deadlines, targets and indicators are met.
Management of physical and financial schedules, identifying deviations and corrective actions.
Monitoring performance indicators and supporting decision-making.
Monitoring the indicators for the social responsibility and resource mobilization department, including approval rates and fund disbursements.
Ensure efficient execution and compliance with required counterpart obligations.
Support technical and financial reporting, ensuring compliance.
Liaison with internal departments (marketing, communications, controllership, compliance, legal, etc.) to optimize processes and ensure transparency.
Interface with partners and funders, ensuring clarity of information.
Management of information and continuous process improvement.
Identification of risks and opportunities in projects.
Perform other related tasks of similar complexity as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Postgraduate degree in Project Management preferred.
