About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment and Selection department, including organizing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining up-to-date files and records;
  • Assist in the initial screening of received resumes, recording relevant information in the applicant tracking system (ATS);
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters, ensuring the necessary resources are available for conducting interviews;
  • Maintain communication with candidates, providing feedback when applicable and responding to questions related to the process;
  • Assist in preparing and collecting documents required for onboarding new employees, ensuring all procedures comply with internal policies and labor legislation;
  • Support market research and benchmarking of recruitment and selection practices, contributing to the identification of opportunities for improvement and innovation in processes;
  • Assist candidates and respond to requests from departments by phone and in person;
  • Send lists of required documents to approved candidates for onboarding via email and messaging;
  • Schedule pre-employment medical exams and follow-up appointments for document submission; receive and verify documentation, assembling the complete onboarding package;
  • Deliver onboarding documentation to the HR/payroll department;
  • Record vacancy closures in the designated report;
  • Report any irregularities that occur during the documentation process to management to facilitate problem resolution;
  • Provide support to assistants and analysts in the department as needed;
  • Perform other duties of a similar nature and level of complexity as requested by the immediate supervisor.
