Administrative Analyst – Social Responsibility and Resource Mobilization

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor publication of calls for proposals and funding opportunities to secure resources for the institution;
- Map and track calls for proposals and other partnership and fundraising opportunities;
- Opportunity identification: Monitor and identify calls for proposals, tax incentive laws, and other available funding opportunities;
- Stay updated on new laws, policies, and regulations related to tax incentives and funding calls;
- Project preparation: Develop detailed proposals and project plans for submission to calls and incentive programs;
- Prepare action plans, timelines, and budgets for projects;
- Evaluate requirements and eligibility criteria of calls and incentive laws to ensure project compliance;
- Documentation management: Prepare and organize all documentation required for project submissions;
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all stages of the fundraising process;
- Monitor project implementation and ensure compliance with funders' requirements;
- Monitoring and evaluation: Monitor and evaluate project progress against established objectives;
- Prepare performance and impact reports for presentation to funders and stakeholders;
- Draft formal letters to acknowledge donations received, solicit new donations, and send thank-you notes;
- Issue receipts when donations are made at the Donations Office (Provedoria);
- Conduct guided tours for donors at Santa Casa facilities to showcase the institution's facilities and services;
- Participate in seminars, meetings, forums and other sector events to promote institutional relationships with various audiences and social investment stakeholders;
- Monitor ordinances, resolutions, and deliberations;
- Record activities in control spreadsheets;
- Develop new processes and continuous quality improvements;
- Prepare quality documentation and present results;
- Perform other related duties of similar complexity as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree (completed)
- Extension courses or specialization in related fields are desirable.
