Key responsibilities & impact

Corporate fundraising: Create and implement strategies to attract social investments and corporate sponsorships, strengthening funding for Santa Casa BH.
Opportunity identification: Research and map companies aligned with the institution's values, analyzing market trends to maximize fundraising potential.
Institutional relations: Establish and maintain strategic contact with executives, directors, and corporate social responsibility areas to foster engagement with Santa Casa BH.
Develop presentations and customized materials that connect company objectives to the social impact generated by the institution.
Monitor results: Track partnership performance, ensuring deliverables meet sponsors' and supporters' expectations.
Coordination with internal departments: Work closely with administrative, finance, and communications teams to ensure fulfillment of agreed deliverables and transparency of processes.

Requirements

Completed higher education in a relevant field.
Extension courses and/or specialization in related areas.
