About the role
- Corporate fundraising: Create and implement strategies to attract social investments and corporate sponsorships, strengthening funding for Santa Casa BH.
- Opportunity identification: Research and map companies aligned with the institution's values, analyzing market trends to maximize fundraising potential.
- Institutional relations: Establish and maintain strategic contact with executives, directors, and corporate social responsibility areas to foster engagement with Santa Casa BH.
- Develop presentations and customized materials that connect company objectives to the social impact generated by the institution.
- Monitor results: Track partnership performance, ensuring deliverables meet sponsors' and supporters' expectations.
- Coordination with internal departments: Work closely with administrative, finance, and communications teams to ensure fulfillment of agreed deliverables and transparency of processes.
Requirements
- Completed higher education in a relevant field.
- Extension courses and/or specialization in related areas.
