About the role
- Develop strategies for fundraising through public and private calls for proposals and agreements: create and implement resource-raising campaigns aimed at public and private calls for proposals, partnership agreements and Tax Incentive Laws, such as Lei Rouanet, the Elderly Fund and the Child and Adolescent Fund.
- Identify opportunities in calls for proposals and Tax Incentive Laws: research and map financing opportunities via public and private calls for proposals, as well as identify and explore new fundraising channels through incentive law initiatives, maximizing support potential for Santa Casa BH.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and supporters: establish and maintain relationships with sponsors, supporters and key stakeholders, promoting ongoing participation and engagement in fundraising initiatives, especially through Tax Incentive Laws and related events.
- Prepare project proposals and strategic materials: develop projects and presentation materials aligned with the requirements of calls for proposals, agreements and Tax Incentive Laws, highlighting the social impact and relevance of Santa Casa BH projects.
- Monitor and track projects: follow performance indicators related to calls for proposals and agreements, including approval rates and actual disbursement of funds, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with required counterpart obligations.
- Coordinate with internal departments: work collaboratively with marketing, communications, accounting/control, compliance and legal teams, among others, to optimize processes, ensure transparency and communication in projects, and secure successful fundraising through calls for proposals and Tax Incentive Laws.
- Perform other related duties of the same level of difficulty as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the role;
- Continuing education courses and/or specialization in related areas;
- Postgraduate degree in management, administration and/or business is desirable;
- Intermediate to advanced English is desirable.
