Marketing

• Develop and lead the regional marketing strategy to support business objectives across the U.S. and Canada
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketers, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local market needs
• Drive demand generation programs including digital marketing, events, ABM, and partner marketing to support sales pipeline growth
• Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals and customer acquisition strategies
• Work with business unit teams to drive consumption of SANS offerings across customer organizations and their employees (students/learners who participate in SANS training and certifications)
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
• Manage regional marketing budget and report on ROI and marketing performance metrics
• Partner with Product Marketing to tailor messaging and content to regional buyer personas and market conditions
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and regional touchpoints
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
