About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct inspections and develop as-built and design projects for healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with RDC 50 and other health surveillance regulations.
Produce detailed technical reports and develop strategic solutions for project development and regulatory regularization.
Perform thorough technical analyses to ensure conformity with current safety and regulatory legislation.
Prepare and manage documentation for obtaining LTA and LF (VISA) approvals.
Design with a focus on applicable regulations while optimizing the project and approval timelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in developing municipal and health surveillance (VISA) projects.
Dynamic, proactive individuals with a strong preference for candidates passionate about healthcare.
Availability to travel and to work on-site.
