About the role
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, ensuring correct execution of processes;
- Prepare and schedule payments, conducting checks and making adjustments when necessary;
- Monitor cash flow and receivables;
- Monitor delinquency cases daily, conducting collections and follow-ups;
- Prepare financial reports, especially accounts payable reports, to support decision-making;
- Post financial entries in the system and in control spreadsheets;
- Perform bank reconciliations;
- Issue invoices and send them to clients;
- Support negotiations of amounts and payment adjustments, as authorized by management;
- Contact internal departments to resolve financial pending issues, making corrections and necessary adjustments;
- Maintain organization of the financial department's documents and files.
Requirements
- Previous experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Proactive, organized and resilient profile
- Ability to manage multiple demands in a dynamic environment
- Results-oriented, responsible for deliverables and good time management
- Genuine desire to learn, develop and grow professionally
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
