About the role

  • Independently and responsibly manage the ongoing financial accounting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the HGB, and produce financial reports and analyses for management.
  • Provide support for various audits (external audit, operational/tax audits).
  • Participate in digitalization and interface/integration projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including internal departments and our medical facilities.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance-sheet accountant) or Fachwirt, alternatively a degree with a relevant focus.
  • Several years of practical professional experience in accounting, preferably in a company or a tax consultancy firm.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
  • Confident use of MS Office and common financial accounting software (DATEV).
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex interrelations.
  • Team player with strong communication skills when dealing with clients.
  • Independent, structured and reliable working style, and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and fluent English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
