Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, develop, and support IT services for Sanoma Learning SAP BI function
Analyze business requirements
Incident management
Deliver the service with the help of selected vendors
Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst and Process Managers, colleagues in Sanoma IT, and support vendors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of experience in relevant IT positions, preferably in configuration and incident management operations in a large-scale environment
Good understanding of data modelling
Knowledge of SAP products, S/4Hana public cloud, Business Warehouse, Datasphere and SAC.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, as well as the local language in your country of residence.
