Project Manager

• Support the Platform team in planning, coordinating, and tracking technical initiatives by maintaining roadmaps
• Track progress across technical initiatives (e.g. platform improvements, integrations, migrations)
• Monitor dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
• Translate technical progress into clear, structured updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Own and prepare recurring reporting (e.g. status decks, sprint/initiative summaries)
• Set up and manage key delivery cadences (e.g. sprint syncs, platform reviews, steering meetings)
• Facilitate meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and next steps
• Act as a coordination layer between platform, product, and business teams
• Support communication of platform changes, releases, and impacts to stakeholders
• Independently manage smaller platform-related projects (e.g. tooling improvements, process optimizations, minor integrations)
