About the role
- Support the development and continuous improvement of MAX Online
- Define, prioritise, and continuously refine areas of the Product backlog
- Manage improvement requests and communicate updates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify problems and success metrics
- Conduct independent and collaborative research
- Own product readiness for planning events
- Track progress of committed work across sprints and releases
- Monitor delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Ensure delivery remains transparent, predictable, and aligned with priorities
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner/senior BA
- Excellent problem-solving and product management skills
- Familiarity with UX discovery and validation practices
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery flow
- Strong team player with experience in a matrix environment
- Knowledge and proficiency in agile practices, preferably Scrum
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of defining clear development stories
- Fluent communication skills in written and spoken Dutch and English
