About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead value assessment of Sanofi’s Alzheimer's disease and neurodegenerative disease assets and external opportunities
- Recommend pricing and market access assumptions across key markets for forecasts, business cases, and investment decisions
- Develop payer value propositions and early market access plans and strategies
- Contribute to Clinical Development Plans and Integrated Evidence Generation Plans addressing payer needs
- Shape the Alzheimer’s disease ecosystem with Public Affairs and business partners to drive payer value recognition
- Contribute to the Early Neurology Global Market Access Sub-Team and co-create strategies
- Serve on Global Project Teams and Commercial platforms, contributing to asset strategy and governance meetings
- Deliver payer insights through market research, advisory boards, early scientific advice, and other platforms
- Maintain knowledge of scientific, clinical, commercial, and competitor developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
- Accomplished track record in pricing and market access
- Experience preferably in neurology, neuroscience, or similar complex therapeutic areas
- Experience across different payer archetypes in key markets
- Deep knowledge of the US market and healthcare system
- Strategic leadership capability to inform, influence, and align diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Strong analytical skills, including pricing expertise
- Ability to translate clinical information into clear payer access strategies and recommendations
- Proven ability to make strategic recommendations within compressed timeframes
- Business acumen and interest in scientific/research environments
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage development settings
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English, written and oral
