About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educate accounts on T1D screening, monitoring, and early detection for at-risk patient populations
- Analyze account screening processes to identify gaps, barriers, and opportunities for internal business planning and coordination
- Educate accounts on best practices for developing and implementing screening and monitoring protocols and infrastructure
- Connect cross-functional account stakeholders to drive collaboration and process co-creation
- Map and analyze account referral networks
- Educate accounts on the importance of peer-to-peer interactions to support sustainable patient flows
- Coordinate with Sanofi medical and sales teams to share insights and support account acceleration
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.A. / B.S. degree required
- 3+ years of significant experience in account management or healthcare administration
- Robust understanding of T1D care pathways and screening practices
- Expertise in data analysis and value-based healthcare
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong ability to manage and cultivate diverse stakeholders
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to customers, conventions, training, and other internal meetings
- Advanced degree preferred
