About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in GTN reserve analysis
- Manage the GTN budgeting and forecasting process
- Provide financial analysis and insights related to GTN programs
- Present monthly Gross-to-Net brand performance results to senior leadership
- Evaluate financial implications of pricing strategies and market access programs
- Collaborate with Treasury and CI2C teams
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (7+ preferred)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or public accounting is highly valued
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse business and finance teams
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with TM1, SAP, or other financial systems preferred
- Strong business acumen connecting financial outcomes to commercial and strategic drivers
