About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reports to the Head of Sales and leads a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Area Business Directors (ABDs)
  • Accountable for the full commercial performance of their region across the entire Sanofi Vaccines portfolio
  • Engages a highly diverse customer base spanning health systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), medical groups, independent practices, and birthing hospitals
  • Lead formal regional business reviews with senior leadership
  • Develops deep national, regional and local business plans to prioritize assets and develop robust forecasting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 15+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
  • Minimum of 7+ years of regional, area, or equivalent senior-level people management experience to include 2nd line leadership
  • Proven ability to influence across matrixed, cross-functional organizations at a senior level
  • Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders both internally and externally
