About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate, prepare, animate performance workshops focused on cycle time reduction, yield improvement, complex problem solving, and launch readiness.
  • Lead and coordinate execution of related action plan
  • Act as performance partner for one or more EM&S business units by attending leadership team meetings and performance rituals, supporting early detection of performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and driving prioritization and execution of initiatives
  • Deploy and maintain the EM&S performance management system according to SMS 2.0 standards, including +QDCI, Team Board, and GPS3 board
  • Contribute to SMS upskilling program including training, certification, and coaching activities
  • Champion cultural change in continuous improvement, change management, and problem-solving methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors' degree required
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Deep knowledge of performance management systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and problem-solving techniques
  • Proven track record of realizations
  • Expertise in sterile manufacturing and aseptic filling operations
  • Expertise in biotech Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing
  • Performance-oriented mindset with ability to understand and identify key performance drivers
  • Cross-functional agility with demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrix environments
  • Strong communication skills with ability to establish and deliver impactful communications to senior leadership
  • Coaching and training capabilities with experience developing others through structured support and feedback
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience working with external partners and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) is a plus
  • SMS certification Intermediate or above (or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma)
  • Experience in training, coaching, and people development is a plus.
