About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coach, train and manage MSL performance and development to ensure excellence in the execution of the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD)
- 3+ years of experience in a field medical role or pharmaceutical industry
- Prior experience as people leader (preferred)
- Prior experience working with healthcare systems, payers, healthcare providers, and researchers (preferred)
