About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the Medical Intelligence roadmap
Build and lead the Data Strategy framework
Champion Medical Plai and predictive analytics platforms
Own and evolve the Medical Care Gaps identification and analysis framework
Lead the development and optimization of MedIS capabilities
Function as the primary incubator for medical intelligence innovations
Serve as the embedded intelligence partner to Medical GBUs
Ensure all data strategies comply with relevant healthcare regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Data Strategy, Real-World Evidence, or related field
Advanced scientific, medical, or quantitative degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or Master's in related field) strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience with AI/ML applications in healthcare
Proven track record of designing or leading data strategy or medical intelligence programs
Experience with Medical Information Systems and/or pharmaceutical data platforms strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong program management skills
