About the role
- Implement statistical analysis plans and provide QC’d data packages including tables, figures, and listings for publications and ad-hoc requests
- Develop, implement, test, document, and maintain statistical programming (primarily SAS)
- Develop and document non-routine macros and advanced techniques
- Ensure SOPs are followed and timelines and quality are met
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Medical Affairs stakeholders and local biostatistics/programming teams
- Conduct post-hoc statistical analyses of clinical trial or registry data
- Produce well-documented data packages for abstracts, posters, presentations, and manuscripts
- Remain current on advanced programming methods and best practices
Requirements
- Master's degree + minimum 4 years relevant experience OR B.Sc. + minimum 6 years relevant experience
- Advanced SAS programming skills
- SDTM & ADaM (CDISC) knowledge
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related field)
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to manage timelines
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent English language knowledge – written and spoken
- Experience developing non-routine macros and advanced programming techniques
- Knowledge of SOPs and ability to ensure SOPs are followed
