Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Business Insights & Solutions team with new PBM models
Ensure holistic view across PBM, Payer, & Employer strategies
Build disruptive prototype models in collaboration with teams
Own innovation workstreams with actionable plans
Develop value-based and risk-sharing models for market access
Support planning and executing successful new product launches
Monitor US healthcare environment for trends and changes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify analysis requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree required
PharmD or MBA preferred
8 years of experience in PBM space
Direct experience with large national PBMs
5 years in specialty care: pricing, contracting, specialty pharmacy strategy
Strong business & financial acumen
Skilled at conducting senior leadership engagements
Understanding of payer landscape across specialty products
Experience in channel contracting including buy/bill, retail
