Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic finance initiatives
Drive efficiency and ROI initiatives as an immediate priority
Identify 50M+ of OPEX savings in year 1
Partner with finance leadership and key business stakeholders
Establish robust project governance, KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks
Collaborate across Specialty Care, Global Finance, Digital, and enabling functions
Champion continuous improvement and lead change management efforts
Prepare executive‑ready materials and provide regular updates to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in finance, strategy, business transformation, or project/program management
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
Demonstrated experience driving efficiency, productivity, or cost-reduction outcomes
Strong project and program management capabilities
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience operating within a global, matrixed organization
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
