About the role

  • Responsible for the development & execution of global regulatory strategies for products
  • Act as the primary interface and key strategic GRA partner for Global Project Team
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative and value-adding global regulatory strategies
  • Formulate Global Regulatory Project Strategy and core product labeling
  • Supervise, coach, and facilitate a feedback culture within the team

Requirements

  • At least 12+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in R&D
  • At least 10 years of relevant Regulatory Affairs experience
  • Proven record of leading filings/registrations and obtaining regulatory action
  • Demonstrated expert regulatory strategic experience
  • Experience being accountable for developing innovative regulatory strategies
  • Soft Skills: Lead and leverage talent to the advantage of the greater team
  • Education: BS/BA degree in a relevant scientific discipline required
  • Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD or DVM or MSc in Biology, Life Science, or related field) is preferred.
