About the role
- Manage global commercialization initiatives for Sarclisa in Multiple Myeloma
- Develop strategies and execute key market submissions and labels
- Lead development and execution of biomarker and patient identification strategy
- Lead execution of Global Launch strategy and Annual Brand planning
- Develop KOL commercial engagement strategy and execution
- Co-develop commercial foundations with key markets
- Execute global Life Cycle Management plan
- Coordinate aspects of key conferences
- Support functional groups in key launch activities
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking
- Collaborate with Value & Access team on customer facing programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Recent commercial launch experience
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience
- Strong HCP and/or patient marketing background
- Well versed in core marketing principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and teams in complex matrix environments
- Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional and cross-geographical team environment
- Effective communication and high-impact presentation skills
- Strong track record of project and process management skills
