About the role
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation across product roadmap, requirements management, cross-team collaboration, backlog management, quality assurance, training & adoption, and value realization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, informatics, Computer Science, Technology or related field (Master's or PhD is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership or Product management roles, delivering enterprise-scale solutions
- Familiarity with document authoring processes
- Experience managing budgets and complex vendor relationships
- Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven approach
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and associated tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to reimagine business processes and technology solutions using disruptive technologies
- Demonstrated drive for change management and technology adoption
