Drive the vision and responsibility of providing world-class user experiences
Lead product design globally for Sanofi products in R&D and employee experience domains
Partner with CX strategists, researchers, and engineering teams
Shape and drive the future of Sanofi CX by exemplifying thought leadership
Manage talented teams of product designers

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI or related field
10+ years of experience creating strategy and designing products
Proven experience in creative/design operation and management
Dynamic design portfolio showing design process and shipped products
Experience managing team of UX/Design professionals in large scale organizations
Advanced Product Design skills and Human-Centered design methods
Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite
Expert knowledge and experience with Design Systems and various platform human interface guidelines
Deep understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
