About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of cross-functional strategic medical communication plans for respiratory indications of dupilumab.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of global medical education and congress engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee congress strategy and execution, including booth design and engagement.
  • Develop scientifically accurate medical communication resources such as scientific platforms and FAQs.
  • Design and execute global medical education plans based on medical strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to co-create educational content.
  • Maintain relationships with KOLs and ensure compliant engagement in medical education initiatives.
  • Manage medical communication agencies for operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD)
  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry (may include agency experience)
  • Proven track record in strategic scientific communications planning and medical education
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific and medical data
  • Experience with Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes and systems (e.g., Veeva, Promomats)
  • Expertise in Rhinology preferred; experience in Dermatology, Respiratory, Gastroenterology, or Immunology is a plus
  • Experience with biologics preferred
