About the role
- Serve as the primary finance partner for the US Tzield and Transplant franchises
- Provide thought leadership and financial oversight across all commercial activities
- Oversee routine financial operations of portfolio
- Lead forecasting cycles including budget and monthly rolling forecast
- Develop and deliver timely and insightful financial reporting
- Actively collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Patient Services, Supply Chain, Business Operations, Hubs, and Global Franchises
Requirements
- 10 years of progressive business finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or relevant discipline
- AI and Digital first mindset
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Exceptional communication skills capable of translating financial planning and performance information into actionable business insights
