About the role
- Develop and execute training and development strategic training plan focused on the Rare Blood Business Unit.
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive strategic and tactical plans.
- Responsible for on-the-ground execution of training experiences.
- Develop classroom training programs and e-learning modules.
- Manage the Product Review Board process for sales training materials.
- Establish and implement key metrics to track sales training impact.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for integration of materials into training.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree required, preferably in life science or business.
- 10 plus years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
- At least 2 years leading national home-office based training
- Ability to influence, collaborate with senior leadership and multiple key stakeholders
- Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics
- Background in infusible products, specialty pharmacy, and buy & bill
- Proven communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate excellence in virtual training
- Project management skills including budgeting and actual spend management
- Ensure all training programs comply with company legal and regulatory guidelines
- 25-35% national travel required
