About the role
- Provides legal support and assistance to product attorneys
- Contracting support for R&D and Public Affairs
- Drafting and negotiating various agreements including contracts, consulting, and advisory boards
- Understanding legal contract concepts, negotiation strategies, and efficient administration
- Keeps up to date on current laws and regulations applicable to contracting
- Implements contract negotiations processes
- Conducts complex contract drafting and negotiations
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in the contract management field preferred
- Trained paralegal with 3-5 plus years of experience in-house corporate legal department, law firm, or governmental agency (Pharma background preferred)
