About the role
- Create reporting-ready datasets on the Patient Journey
- Implement data governance
- Identify and analyze business needs
- Work with Digital and Business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
- Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands
- Create prototypes and code innovative solutions
- Ensure that data is managed in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements
- Identify and aggregate data from internal and external sources
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
- at least 5 years of experience in Reporting, IT, or Digital Product Management with a focus on Data Management and Reporting
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in developing semantic data models
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of KPIs, hierarchies, and data relationships
- Frequent use of Gen-AI
