About the role
- Oversee strategic and tactical execution for the Dupixent Access Strategy team for CRSwNP, EoE & RGA pipeline indications
- Support strategic and tactical execution for the Dupixent Value & Access team and integration of payer marketing tactics into brand business and alliance management
- Collaborate with brand therapeutic areas to inform brand strategy for Dupixent indications
- Identify gaps in current market access understanding and develop intelligent insights through research
Requirements
- Minimum 6-10 years of business experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare sector
- 5-7 years in payer space (account management, payer marketing, contracting, public policy etc…)
- B.A. or B.S. Degree; Advanced Degree preferred
- Deep understanding and experience in the specialty space including pricing, distribution and payer dynamics unique to specialty products
- Strong financial acumen, analytic skills & critical thinking ability
- Understanding of Commercial, Medicare Part D and Medicaid
