About the role
- Determine/refine regional Medical Affairs strategy
- Create the vision for Medical Affairs excellence
- Manage and lead Medical Team for rare hematology products
- Develop systems and standards for new Medical Affairs function
- Support pricing/reimbursement efforts and Global Publication Plan
Requirements
- MD, PhD, PharmD qualification
- At least 8 years in Medical Affairs in biotech/pharma industry
- Experience in orphan diseases; Hematology experience advantageous
- Clinical trial design experience, especially phase III-IV
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- High-quality healthcare
