Spearhead the transformation of payroll operations, managing a BPO model with ADP for more than 20,000 annual payslips
Lead management and T2P teams through the BPO transition
Collaborate on key transformation projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations
Establish and maintain a partnership with ADP to drive continuous improvements
Oversee pre-payroll and post-payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely payroll cycles
Requirements
10+ years of experience in payroll and time management systems, including at least 5 years in leadership roles
Experience with BPO payroll processes (knowledge of ADP is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Thorough understanding of end-to-end HR processes
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field
Certifications in HRIS, ADP, or payroll management are advantageous
Fluency in French and English
