Partner with Business Operations Transformation stakeholders to meet functional and analytical requirements.
Communicate and socialize the Data Mesh principles, to both technical and business stakeholders, fostering organizational buy-in.
Design data-sharing patterns to facilitate efficient, scalable, and flexible data exchange across systems, minimizing dependencies and enabling independent evolution of data-producing and data-consuming applications.
Collaborate on implementing data access and data stewardship frameworks that promote transparency, accountability, and adherence to governance policies.
Stay informed about advancements in data architecture and decentralized data management, identifying opportunities to enhance the organization’s data capabilities.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in data architecture.
Requirements
7+ years proven experience in enterprise data architecture and engineering.
Experience with Snowflake required.
Expertise in Data and AI, areas like; Data engineering, Data architecture, Master data management, Data lakes and warehouses, Data visualization, Artificial intelligence and Machine learning.
Strong understanding of Data Mesh principles.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Experience with integration tools (e.g., Informatica), API protocols (REST, GraphQL).
Knowledge of governance platforms, metadata management, and data cataloging.
Agile methodology experience (Jira, Confluence).
Bachelors degree required. Masters preferred.
