About the role
- Provide administrative, coordination, governance and quality assurance support to the IT & Operations Life team
- Recommend IT controls by identifying issues, proposing improved procedures and supporting efficiency improvements.
- Oversee user access management processes across countries
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to prevent audit findings.
- Verify evidence of completed backups and recovery tests and ensure alignment with company standards and audit requirements.
- Maintain governance documentation and provide reporting on compliance status, risks, and remediation progress.
- Act as the primary liaison for Central IT Technical audits.
- Coordinate internal and external technical audits
- Manage the quality of development life cycle by reviewing adherence to standards, controls and change governance.
- Support solution delivery quality
- Contribute to the development of test plans and test cases
- Liaise with country IT teams to ensure accurate and timely updates on risks and governance activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant IT certifications will be advantageous.
- 3-5 years experience in IT administration, governance coordination, compliance or project support experience
- Experience in environments reliant on accuracy, verification, operational and improving initiatives
- Experience contributing to IT or operational initiatives
