- Lead a high-performing sales team within the insurance sector
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and product knowledge training
- Ensure knowledge of all aspects of the products, processes, and systems
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification Grade 12/ Matric /NQF 4 RE5 Certificate FAIS (As per DOFA date)
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Sales Team Manager in insurance
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Short-term Insurance Industry will be advantageous
- Minimum experience in a VAPS department
- Qualification and Experience Diploma with 2 to 3 years experience or Grade 12 with 4 to 5 years related experience.
