About the role
- Responsible for converting third-party sourced leads into qualified quotes
- Educate customers at a high level on MiWay Insurance products and benefits
- Provides quality service to external and internal customers
- Manages the end-to-end lead lifecycle: from intake and validation, first contact and needs discovery, through to quoting, objection handling, and bind
- Ensures regulatory compliance (FAIS, POPIA, TCF) and exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Less than 3 years experience in Short-term Insurance
- New business processing
