About the role
- Provide end-to-end service and support to intermediaries
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions
- Provide telephonic/email support to intermediaries, authorized representatives, and broker services
- Analyze requests from intermediaries and provide quotations
- Initiate out dials to intermediaries to discuss quotations and/or convert policies
- Manage client expectations on turnaround times for submitted requests
- Adhere to underwriting criteria and regional requirements
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- 60 FAIS credits - Commercial lines
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Short Term Insurance - Commercial Lines
- A relevant insurance related qualification (e.g. NQF level 4) would be advantageous
- Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- Preferable work experience in agriculture would be advantageous
