About the role
- Provide an end-to-end service and support to intermediaries
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations
- Provide telephonic / email support to the intermediary
- Deal with general insurance and policy specific enquiries
- Analyze requests from intermediaries and provide quotations
- Initiate out dials to intermediaries to discuss quotations
- Undertake client follow-ups when policies are cancelled
- Manage client expectation on expected turnaround times
- Adhere to underwriting criteria and regional requirements
- Profile the client with the best suitable product
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- 60 FAIS credits - Commercial lines
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Financial Services - Short Term Insurance
- A relevant insurance related qualification (e.g. NQF level 5) would be advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
