  • Upselling and persuading existing and non-existing Miway clients to purchase Value Added Products.
  • Optimizing each lead/call received.
  • Maintaining a high productivity level daily & monthly by providing quality service to customers.
  • Ensuring accuracy in recording of data.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 RE5 Certificate (as per DOFA date)
  • Minimum Experience At least 1 years call Centre Sales experience
  • Previous short term insurance experience
  • Previous VAPS experience in a target driven environment
  • Ability to multi-task and cope with pressure
  • Punctual and can self manage.
