Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4
  • Tertiary qualification / NQF 5
  • RE5 Certificate (as per DOFA date)
  • STI FAIS credits (as per DOFA date)
  • Minimum of 1 to 5 years sales experience in a call centre
  • Previous team management experience in a call centre
